KeyMaestro Multimedia Keys

This help is to introduce you how to use the multimedia keys on the keyboard.

	WWW	Press this button to open your Internet browser which should be pre-installe. If you have installed two browsers on your system, the later installed one will be opened.
	Sleep	Press this button to put the system to power-saving mode. Any key can wake up the system.
	MF (Multimedia Function)	Press this button to toggle the function keys (F1-F8) to common multimedia functions.

The functions of the multimedia functions are:

F1 E-mail opens your E-mail application.

F2 Volume down lowers the volume.

F3 Volume up raises the volume.

F4 Mute mutes the sound output. Repress this button to resume.

F5 Previous / Fast Backward skips backward to the previous file/track when pressing once quickly. If you keep pressing the button, the file/track will play backward fast. Once the button is released, the file/track plays normally.

F6 Play/Pause starts to play the audio/video file in the current track. When the CD or Video is playing, press this button to pause it, and press the button again to resume it from the current position.
The Play function can play audio/video compact disc, and other media files (AVI, MPG, WAV, MID, MP3). Once you place a disc into the CD-ROM drive and press the Play button, the software will detect whether the disc is an Audio CD or a Video CD and then play. If neither audio nor video disc is on the CD-ROM drive, and the Play button is pressed, a dialog box will appear to help you find and select a media file to play.

If two CD-ROM drives are installed in your system, only the prior one can be controlled.

F7 Stop stops the playing.

F8 Next / Fast Forward skips forward to the next file/track when pressing once quickly. If you keep pressing the button, the file/track will play forward fast. Once the button is released, the file/track plays normally.
