Since the dawn of time people have been making silly novelty songs. I think these are great, I love comedy and I love music so when both come together it can be a wonderful thing. Along with this, sometimes in conjunction with, we have charity singles – these exist to raise funds for various national charities.
However regardless if the release is for a bit of fun or if it is for a serious cause – you can guarantee that these releases are filling up landfills, bookshelves, charity shops and boot sales across the nation. So what should we do?
I don’t know, but let’s celebrate their abundance here.
