FreePPP Setup - for OS 7.5.3 /  8.0

• Use the Apple menu, choose Control Panels, choose FreePPP Setup 





 

• In FreePPP Setup  click on the Accounts tab

 

 
 
 
 
 


 
 

• Select or name the relevant connection as Abel Gratis - by Clicking on Edit or New, as appropriate 
• Set Server Name to Abel Gratis

 

 
 
 
 
 


 
 

• Under Dialup put 08458457020 in Phone number, then click Account

 

 
 
 
 


 
 
 

• Under Account put Abel Gratis in Account name 

Under User name initially use guest - no capitals, hyphens, spaces -  you will need to replace it by your full chosen account/user name (lower-case, no spaces), as chosen during sign up procedure, later, after having completed your signup procedure replace the content of User name with your chosen account name e.g.  bloggs.abelgratis.com
 
• Under Password initially use guest - no capitals, hyphens, spaces - and again you will need to replace it by your password (lower-case, no spaces) as chosen during sign up procedure, after having completed your signup procedure replace the content of Password with your password 

 

 
 
 

NOTE: Each version of FreePPP can be a little different but you should see an area which says phone number.
This option should be listed under the Dialup tab.
